Please Help me Admin access for my modem b312-939 to fix my poor signal connection

B312-939 is a consumer product and is not an ONT product. 


It is confirmed that the B312-939 does not have an administrator account.


If the signal quality of the device is poor, log in to the WebUI of the device to check the network status. If the fault persists, contact your ISP for a solution.
