Customer reported that he was not able to bind any more disk for a certain VM. After initial assessment it was confirmed that for this type of situation only that user who created the VM "owned" such rights of binding more disks. Further investigations, revealed that by using the following commands any VDC administrator could perform such operation. After advising customer they were able to perform such task.
