antenna‘s transmit and receive gain ？

Antenna gain is 18dbm，that means transmit gain is 18 dbm , how bout the receive gain ？

Antenna gain is expressed in dBi.

If your antenna has a gain of 18dBi means that adds a gain of 18dBm both in Tx/Rx.
