Hello,
Today, I would like to share with you the analysis of the failure of users in arrears can continue to surf the Internet after BAS IPV6 reconstruction.
1. Failure phenomenon
We received a response from the intervention center that 05xx90 users in xx county with arrears could continue to surf the Internet after the shutdown.
2. Failure analysis
1. First, confirm the user's arrears status and Internet access status.
1) Immediately confirm the user shutdown status
2) Confirm that the user's Internet access status is as follows: limited-status: unlimited; Internet access is not limited
3) Confirm again that the user has actual normal Internet traffic;
2. Check the green channel related configuration:
1) According to the user's authentication domain pppoe_v6, check that the authentication interface has been configured with arrears refund restriction ACL
2) Query the configuration of the authorization template bit pppoe_v6 in the domain: It is found that there are 2 forced activation configuration commands missing in the authorization template:
userquota-exceed redirect-web send-stop-accounting
userquota-exceed support-prepay close
3) Add upgrade missing command
4) Go online and offline again, and check that the status of the arrears user is a normal restricted status.
Add the missing commands after the upgrade of other BASs to ensure normal business.
3. Fault summary
1) Unfamiliar with the functions of the old system, so that the test points cannot be found well, and the test case coverage is low
2) Familiar with the old system and the related changes of the upgraded new system;
3) Carry out the test, find the corresponding test data in the process of testing, and try to cover the test cases as much as possible, or the test data has the same representativeness;
4) After the cutover, strengthen the observation of equipment business operation, and the manufacturer should cooperate with the station for one to three days of technical support.
