Analysis of Inverter Accepting Active Power Derating Instruction

Today, I will bring you a case study of inverter active power derating. I hope it will be helpful to you.

At 10:20 on December 10, Customer feedback the active power of the SUN200090KTL suddenly decreased to 37.38 kW. 

Analyzed the SmartLogger logs，It is found that the SmartLogger receives an active power percentage derating command from IP:10.0.0.24 between the time 11:21 and 11:26.

The inverter log shows that the power is derated to the lowest point at 10:25. The maximum apparent power of SUN2000-90KTL INVERTER is 100 kVar. The derating target is calculated as follows: 100 x 37.4% = 37.4. The customer's feedback is the same. It is determined that the inverter power decrease is caused by the power limiting command delivered by the background which IP address is 10.0.0.24. The customer checks the background and confirms that the analysis is correct.
