an username-password problem with my router B5328

Hello, I have a problem with  my  Huwaei router (B5328)  the SSID  changed itself to "gctwlan open" and the password was changed too .

I tried to use a LAN cable and log to 192.168.1.1  but can't find the right username/password

I tried admin/admin  it's doesn't work please I need help. and thank you.

Hi,
You can press and hold the reset button/hole on the rear of the router to restore the router to its factory settings. Then log in to the device using the initial IP address/account password provided at the bottom of the router.
