The alarm as below :

The cause is that the controller detects a slow link and triggers chip repair. After the controller is reset, the chip repair is successful.
It also triggers the single link alarm.

It need install the new hot patch V3R1C01SPH107 and restart the A controller to recovery the single link alarm
