This post will share with you a case about an error report about power was not enough.
Problem Description
Customers create an OSN 9800 M24, which is not managed by the U2000. When an engineer tries to add a board on the Web LCT, an error reported, power is not enough, error code: 41773.
Handling Process
1. The equipment cannot be managed by the U2000, and the Web LCT does not support the supply function. Therefore, the power supply parameters of the equipment cannot be configured.
2. The Web LCT does not support the configuration of power parameters. You can run commands on the Navigator to configure power parameters.follow the OSN9800 M24 to configure. The PIU boards in slots IU100 and IU105 back up each other, and the PIU boards in slots IU101 and IU106 back up each other,so just need configure the slot 100 and slot 101.
3. Use Navigator to run the follow command to configure the power values:
:cfg-set-extpower:0,2,63,100,0,63,101,0 //63 mean current parameters of the device port,100/101mean power board slot.
4. After run the command, the power successful configured ,and the board successful add also.
Root Cause
The device not managed by U2000, weblct cannot configure the supply, power values cannot modify, so need Navigator to run the command to configure the power values.
Solution
Use Navigator to run the follow command to configure the power values.
