An environment exception caused the file to be suspended between storage.
When a VM container serves as the source for file transferring, a message is displayed indicating that other files are being transferred. The result of querying the file transferring status proves that there are files being transferred. However, users identify that there is no file transferring task that needs to be executed.
In minisystem mode, query the processes that run on the storage array, and you can find the SFTP process as shown in the following figure.
In minisystem mode, stop the corresponding SFTP process manually.
On the CLI, query the file transferring state in the VM container. A message is displayed indicating that the transfer is completed. Then, you can enable other file transferring tasks.
