Hi team!
Here's a case that An Alarm Exists on the Storage Array Indicating Un-matching Rates.
Symptoms
An alarm exists on the storage array indicating un-matching rates.
2020-05-13 06:540xf0108001dMajorNoneThe adapted speed 8G of the port (controller enclosure CTE0, FC interface module B5, port ID P1) is smaller than the maximum speed 16G that the port supported.
Cause
An abnormality exists in the Fibre Channel optical fiber.
Identification Method
1. Check whether the rates are consistent between onsite host HBA and Fibre Channel card.
2. Check in logs whether bit errors exist in the link that affect rate negotiation. (Search by BadRx.)

3. Check the port rate and optical module power (in the config file).
As shown in the following figure, the optical module power of the port in problem is lower than that of a normal port. The link is suspicious and can be inspected from the following three aspects:
a. Check whether the optical module of port CTE0.B5.P1 is working correctly.
b. If the issue persists after you replace the optical module,
check whether the Fibre Channel optical fiber is working correctly.
c. If both the optical module and the optical fiber are normal at the storage side,
check the optical module at the host side.

Solution
It is discovered that the Fibre Channel optical fiber is not working correctly. Replace the fiber
