Hi I exchanged my hi coins for an Amazon gift card but I haven't received any email or message with my prize. Can somebody help if I did something wrong?

Hi,

Keep an eye on the private messages. One of the admin will contact you when activity time is finished for your details (email etc where they'll send the voucher). All in all, it takes couple of weeks at least.
