This alarm is reported when some services of a device are abnormal.
1. Locate the device based on the rack ID, enclosure ID, and device SN provided in run logs.
2. Possible cause: The network cable or network port is faulty.
a. Check whether the network cable and network port are normal.
b. Rectify the network cable or network port fault and check whether the alarm is cleared.
3. Possible cause: The OSC service is abnormal.
a. Check whether alarm Object Storage Services Are Abnormal is reported.
b. Handle alarm Object Storage Services Are Abnormal by taking recommended actions. Then check whether alarm Some Services of a Device Are Abnormal is cleared.
4. Possible cause: The status of resources monitored by the HA process are abnormal.
a. Log in to the HA primary node. Run the MmlBatch 4016 cm queryhainfo resource command to check the resource status, and check whether the command is successfully executed.
b. Check whether the state of Local Weight is normal.
c. Check whether alarm Abnormal POE Process is reported.
d. Handle alarm Abnormal POE Process by taking recommended actions. Then check whether the alarm is cleared.
e. Check whether alarm Abnormal DCM Service is reported.
f. Handle alarm Abnormal DCM Service by taking recommended actions. Then check whether the alarm is cleared.
g. Check whether alarm Abnormal Object Storage Service whose parameter is visitor is reported.
h. Handle alarm Abnormal Object Storage Service by taking recommended actions. Then check whether the alarm is cleared.
5. If the alarm persists, contact technical support.
