All the 30 IPC are showing offline on IVS client

Hi Disenchanted!

The camera displaying offline may have the following common possibilities.

1. The camera protocol parameters are not set.

Solution

Set camera protocol parameters on the web page.

2. The sudden shutdown of theVCN server is due to an electricity cut off that caused an unsynchronization between the IPC and the VCN500 server.

Solution

Log in to the VCN via ssh and restart the DCG service; then, all the IPC's will come online again on the IVS client.

3. The power supply is faulty.

4. Network problems.
