all screen panel are black when configure live stream

         I`m now delivering a project, but I`m encounting some issues with live stream, all screen panel are black. there is no firewall between VCN and IPC camers. so what should I do for this issue?

Hello, boss! please check this issue with below steps:
1.check whether all the cameras power on or off
2.check the switch which these cameras connected, whether all switch ports are working fine.
3.you can login the camera on web page, check whether you can see the live stream on web page.
4.check whether you can ping the camera from VCN.
5. collect the VCN logs and send to our local TAC team.

for such problem it's may becasue problem on IPC itself ,so please login the IPC page to chekc first ,and if still no live stream ,restart and contact TAC replace the IPC, if it's OK in IPC web page, it 's may MU module or DCG module problem , try to restart this two module in web page , then if the problem still exist ,contact TAC for help

wish you can consider my solution.
the live stream flow is camera----VCN-----Client.
1. please check the Webpage of the IPC, then check whether you can view the live image of the cameras.
2. if you can view the live image of the cameras, please login the IVS client. and check the real time stream format, you can find it in the right top panel. if there is 0 frame, it means sth wrong with the network. if there is some frame. go 3.
3. check the network between VCN and client. if no firewall or NAT, capture packets in the VCN and send it back to Huawei to analyze.

Possible Cause
The camera is faulty.
The video stream encoding format sent by the camera to the client (including the C/S client and web client) is incorrect.
The full-screen video cover function is enabled.
The client is locked for a long time.
Video parameters such as aperture are set incorrectly.

1.Please confirm that the camera online on the VCN server.
login the IVS client>>>chosen Device>>>enter the camera ip and search >>>check the camera status.
2.if the camera online,please use the PC login the camera web page and check the image is ok .
3.if the web page is ok ,we can use the VLC tool check the camera stream.

4.if the VLC view is ok ,please check the VCN version and the camera network transmission protocol.
V100R002C50SPC200 can't support H.265.
