Alarm notification window blocked by the taskbar on pc desktop

This topic describes the solution to alarm notification window blocked by the taskbar on pc desktop.

Symptom

Your computer has a resolution with the height of 768. When the IVS client receives an alarm, an alarm notification window is displayed, but the lower part of the window is blocked by the taskbar on your PC desktop.

Possible Cause

The minimum resolution supported by the IVS client is 1024 x 768. On the computer with the resolution height 768, the alarm notification window is blocked by the taskbar on your PC desktop.

Solution

1. You are advised to hide the taskbar.

2. Right-click the taskbar and choose Properties from the shortcut menu.

3. On the Taskbar tab page that is displayed by default, select Auto-hide the taskbar.
   

4. Click OK.
