In some case customer receive alarm id 7938 the name of alarm is the same 7938 in NCE V100R019C00SPC601
Also customer have message when try backup: The NE User Name and Password Cannot Be Empty
Impact:
No traffic affecting
Severity:
Major alarm
Root Cause:
iMAPCommonRtsp incorrectly determines the alarms and events listed in the attachment. As a result, the extended fields of the alarms and events fail to be initialized.
Solution:
Recomendation is upgrade to NCE V100R019C00SPC602+CP6025
Also
The NE User Name and Password Cannot Be Empty. Configure a Correct User Name and Password on the DC Log User Management and Retry (Transport NEs)
Symptom:When a user attempts to back up an NE on NCE, the error message "The NE user name and password cannot be empty. Configure a correct user name and password on the DC Log User Management and retry" is displayed.
Possible Causes:The DC login user is not configured for the NE.
Solution:
1. Open the Network Management app and choose Security > NE Security > NE Login Management from the main menu. Click the DC Login User Management tab.
2. Switch the DC login user to an NE user in the debug level, for example, szhw, and then back up the NE data. The backup is successful.
Note: To use the NE software management function of the transport NEs, you need to configure a DC login user that is different from the NE login user and must be in the debug level.
Also cheking and configure if it need NE Backup Policy
Maintenance > NE Software Management > NE Backup Policy Management
Create NE Backup Policy and enable it.
Conclusion:
Issue solved.After switch user in DC Login User Management. Backup: Operation succeeded.
