1       ALAM 81025  and  ALAM81059

Perform the following steps:

1.  In the MML Command UGW_VNFC window of the UGW Web LMT, run the SET APNCHARGECTRL: APN="***", ONLINESW=DISABLE, OFFLINESW=DISABLE and SET CHARGECTRL:VISIT=NONE,HOME=NONE,ROAM=NONE commands to disable the CDR generation function. You can run the LST APN command to query the APN. This operation takes effect when the terminal accesses the network next time.

2.  In the MML Command UGW_VNFC window of the UGW Web LMT, run the SET CDRSTRGSTATUS: RUNAME="***", DIRECTORY="***", STATUS=LOCK command to lock the CDR cache directory. You can run the LST CDRSTRGSTATUS command to query the values of RUNAME and DIRECTORY.

3.  In the MML Command-CGP window of the CGP Web LMT, run the DSP VM command to query the subrack number and slot number of the board where the service VM locates. Generally, CDR cache files are stored on the SPU.

4.  In the MML Command-CGP window of the CGP Web LMT, run the SET SSHDCFG: CFGTYPE=SERVICE_STATE, VMNAME=" ***", SSHDSTAT=ON command to enable the SSH service on the target board. In the command, VMNAME indicates the SPU VM name queried in Step 3.

5.  In the MML Command-CGP window of the CGP Web LMT, run the DSP BRDVM command to obtain the VM UUID.

6.  Access the service board through the CGP OMU.

a)   Use PuTTY to log in to the CGP. Set the IP address to the maintenance IP address of the CGP, user name to cgpexpert, and password to mt2013@HW.

b)   Run the su -l command to switch to user root. The password for logging in to the CGP Web LMT is used.

c)   For example, to switch to the board in slot 1, run the ssh cgpexpert@172.16.128.8 command. The password is mt2013@HW. 172.16.128.8 indicates slot 1, 172.16.128.16 indicates slot 2, and 172.16.128.24 indicates slot 3. In actual conditions, use the slot number of the target board queried in Step 3.

d)   Run the su -l command to switch to user root. The password for logging in to the CGP Web LMT is used.

e)   Run the virsh list command to query the VM information of the board and record the ID corresponding to the VM UUID obtained in step 5.

f)   Run the virsh console 1 command to log in to the target VM. The ID 1 is used as an example. In actual conditions, replace it with the ID obtained in 5. The user name is root and the password is Huawei@CLOUD8!.

g)   Go to the /opt/UGW_VNFC/4/64/vrpv8/product/charge/ directory and delete the files in the directory.

7.  In the MML Command UGW_VNFC window of the UGW Web LMT, run the SET CDRSTRGSTATUS: RUNAME="***", DIRECTORY=CHARGE1, STATUS=UNLOCK command to unlock the CDR cache directory locked in Step 2.

8.  In the MML Command UGW_VNFC window of the UGW Web LMT, run the DSP CDRSTRGINFO command to query information about cached CDRs. If there are VMs whose cached CDRs are not cleared, perform the preceding steps to clear the cached CDRs.

2       ALAM 136781867

Changing the password on the core network side will involve multiple NEs for adaptation and modification. Therefore, you are not advised to change the password. When the alarm "ALM-136781867 User Password Is Not Changed for a Long Time" is displayed, you can mask this alarm. This does not affect the password validity and services.

Perform the following steps:

MOD ALARMINFO: ALARMID=136781867, SHIELDSTATE=off;

3       ALAM 15794301

The security log will still be generated after being deleted. Therefore, it is recommended that this alarm be shielded, which does not affect services.

      Perform the following steps:

MOD ALARMINFO: ALARMID=15794301, SHIELDSTATE=off;
