[Issue description]
When upgrading disk firmware for V3 storage (also suitable for V5 storage), the upgrade tool shows 'Alarm check' step failed, and can't skip this step.

After manually clear all alarms in DeviceManager, then retry upgrade in the tool, still shows 'Alarm check' step failed.
[Root cause]
There is 'The capacity of storage pool (***) is about to be used up…' alarm in this storage, even clear it manually, system will recover this alarm automatically after about 1 minute based on safety usage consideration.
[Issue confirmed method]
- Login DeviceManager, found the capacity used up alarm appeared again after manually cleared.

- Select 'All Events', filter critical alarms, found that after clear the alarm manually, system will push the same alarm after about 1 minute.

- If the storage version is earlier than V300R006C50SPC100/V500R007C30SPC100, and the issue phenomenon just like above description, then check following solution to fix this issue.
[Solution]
The best solution is to expand more capacity to the storage pool from disk domain, to solve current issue, also solve the running risk about storage pool capacity use up.
If can't add more capacity from disk domain currently, after confirm with Huawei support, you can use following workaround solution to temporarily skip the 'Alarm check' step in disk firmware upgrade operation.
- First, make sure there is no alarm except capacity used up alarm, or confirm with Huawei support other exist alarms will not affect disk firmware upgrade.
- Confirm current storage version support concurrent and rapid disk upgrades,

You can also get this table from according firmware upgrade guide document.
If your storage version not in above table, it means you can't use following solution, upgrade storage version first or expand more capacity to storage pool to fix the issue.
3. Make sure the SmartKit and upgrade tool all the latest version, at least V2R6C00RC5 version. Then open disk firmware upgrade tool, add storage device and start the upgrade task, the task will failed at 'Alarm check' step.
Note: if you already get the failed result in the upgrade tool, then above two steps no need to do again, just jump to step
4. Go to Huawei SmartKit\tools\ArrayUpgrade directory (Huawei SmartKit is the directory you install the SmartKit), you will find one file named ignoreitem.txt, open it, you will find there is one line similar with this:
10.224.4.177_SysAlarmCheck=no
The IP is management IP of the storage device you are upgrading disk firmware, modify the 'no' to yes, then save it and close the file.
5. Back to the upgrade tool page, click retry button in the tool page, the tool will shows failed again, failed at 'Alarm check' step, click 'View details', there is one new button 'Ignore', press the ignore button then continue the upgrade task.

[Precautions]
- The solution mentioned in this article is based on specific background, please confirm if it is suitable for your device with Huawei support before you perform it.
