Hello team,

The system checks the service status of FusionStorageHDFS every 60 seconds. This alarm is generated when it detects that FusionStorageHDFS fails to read or write data and considers FusionStorageHDFS unavailable.

How do I handle this alarm? Thanks a lot.

Dear Geek,

This alarm is cleared when the system detects that FusionStorageHDFS can read and write data and considers FusionStorageHDFS available.

FusionStorageHDFS fails to provide services for FusionStorageHDFS service-based upperlayer components, such as HBase and MapReduce. As a result, users cannot read or write files.

Please check the network.

Step 1 Ping the storage domain name and check whether the IP address can be resolved based on the

domain name and whether the IP address is reachable.

- If yes, go to Step 2.

- If no, contact network engineers to recover the network communication.

Collect the fault information.

Step 2 On FusionInsight Manager, choose O&M > Log > Download.

Step 3 Select FusionStorageHDFS from the Service drop-down list.

Step 4 Click edit in the upper right corner, and set Start Date and End Date for log collection to 30 minutes ahead of and after the alarm generation time, respectively. Then, click Download.

Step 5 Contact technical support and provide the collected logs.

Thanks.
