HELLO! I have a 100KTL-M1 inverter. The inverter cannot be started and there is an error message in APP SUN 2000 as follows:

Hello friend!

An unrecoverable fault occurs on a circuit inside the SUN2000.

Solutions:
Turn off the AC output switch and DC input switch, and then turn them on after 15 minutes. If the fault persists, contact Huawei technical support.

Perform the preceding operations when the PV string current is less than 1 A.

Why is the voltage of Ub at 838.5V?
Check whether the DC voltage, AC phase voltage, ground voltage, and line voltage are normal.
