Hi, folks!
Recently we were informed about some Belgium customers which often encountered the alarm 2040/ID 1 - Output DC Component Over high on their SUN2000L inverters.
We checked and discovered that the issue was linked with the C10/C11 grid code (connection L/N). However, because of unknown reasons, the alarms would appear only in certain areas in Belgium, being recorded mostly between ~09:00 - 14:30 (see the below example with an area where this alarm appeared).

The R&D team will arrive in Belgium to check the issue and to find the root cause for this abnormal behavior. Until we will have found a solution for that, you can use the available IEC 61627 grid code (we have already tested it and it works normally).
Also, if you want to change the grid code for your inverter, you can do it in several ways:
- locally, using Fusion Home application: log in as an Installer (password: 00000a)--> Parameter configuration--> Grid Code --> Global IEC 61627--> Submit;
-remotely, using NetEco: select the inverter --> Settings--> Grid Parameters --> IEC 61627 (the simple one, not the 60Hz one)--> Submit;
-remotely, using Fusion Solar: Device Management --> select the inverter --> Parameter Settings --> Grid code-->IEC 61627 (the simple one, not the 60Hz one) --> Submit.
Greetings!
