This alarm is generated when the system detects that the Network Time Protocol (NTP) service on the CNA cannot run properly, or the network connection between the CNA and the NTP server is abnormal.

This alarm is cleared when both the NTP service on the CNA and the network connection between the CNA and the NTP server become normal.

Possible Causes

  • The NTP service on the CNA node is not running properly.

  • The network connection between the CNA node and the external NTP server is abnormal.

  • The time difference between the CNA node and the external NTP server exceeds one minute.

  • The CNA node is configured with multiple external NTP servers, and the time difference among these external NTP servers exceeds 50 milliseconds.

  • The NTP server fails to provide time synchronization services.
