Issue Description
The AIX host FC link is disconnected, and then the link is recovered, issue command upadm show path and it showed logical path for hdisk10 is hdisk11, hdisk14, hdisk2, hdisk22 are failed.
AIX host multipathing state failed for T series storage

Handling Process 2, Issue command "upadm show vlun" to list all the disks, check the colume "In use" and confirm that the disk in failed path is not used 3. For the hdisks which link state are failed, issue command "chpath -s enable -l hdiskX" to set the links to enable:
