No, I mean can you please try to connect your PC to the AP through the console port and review the starting up messages, to check whether there are any error messages.
Or, you can try reviewing the flash indicators while the AP rebooting.
Please refer to the Description about the single indicator to determine whether the AP is under abnormal status during the reboot.
If the reboot message and indicator information is normal, well, your AP might be normal. Or you need to contact the TAC to get a deep inspection.
