Issue Description:
Customer have install the SM+SC in his live network, While configuring server via Init-Server Config Tool customer gets an error "Synchronization not valid responses received in time!"
Customer is using Windows server; Agile Controller version is V100R002C10SPC400
SM+SC :ip 10.100.240.202
SC-2 :ip 10.100.240.204

Handling Process:
From server SC-2 to pinging SM, it can be success.
In the Init-Server Config Tool we TestConnect the SM, it can be success.
Click next it give error”Synchronization not valid responses received in time!”
Check and compare the time between SM and SC, the time is same.
Check the SM and SC window time Service, we found the SM window time Service not running.
Running window time service in SM server. It can working normal with no error.
Root Cause:
Window time service not running in SM server cause this error.
Solution:
Running window time service in SM server
Suggestions:
1 Run the ping SC IP Address command on the SM server to check the network connection between the SM and SC.
2 Check the SM process in SM server
3 Check the date time and time service.
