Agile Controller Custom Pages are not editable

dears

i have agile controller ver v1r3c60spc205 shen tring to customizing pages it is not working the customize page not apear as it should to edit the page, i used many diffrent browser but same issue , the page shous as blow

thanks for your reply,,OK , i will upgrade directly to SPC207 since it is the recommended ,,, but i checked the release notes it is not mentioned any DTS related to the issue
