【problem causes】
When the RSE imports a new HTTPS certificate, the private key password is incorrectly entered. After the RSE is restarted, the certificate is parsed incorrectly, causing the RSE service to fail to start and restarting repeatedly.
【solution】
1. Log in to the command line and disable the service restart timer.
2. Reset the HTTPS certificate and restore it to the default certificate.
3. reboot restarts RSE.
4. After the RSE is successfully started, start the service restart timer.
