Q: After the file server is restarted, how do I check whether the NFS process is running properly?

A: Log in to the file server as the root user and view the NFS service status.

Procedure

Step 1 Log in to the file server as the root user.

Step 2 View the NFS service status.

/etc/init.d/nfsserver status

If the NFS service is in running state, the NFS service has started properly.
