After the eSDK server was added to the customer domain, eLTE failed to connect to IVS cameras
We checked the eAPP logs, the connection between the esdk server and the ivs is abnormal. The ivs user does not have the permission to browse the camera. The account or password is incorrect.
The solution was the following: reconfigure the password of the esdk user, enable the camera browsing permission for the esdk user, and reconnect the esdk user and camera code to the esdk user.
