Q: After restarting the MSU board, how do I check whether the NFS connection is normal?
A: Restart the MSU board properly. Then, check the connection status between the MSU and file server. If all drive letters are displayed as configured and connected, the connection is normal.
Procedure
Step 1 Before restarting the MSU board, verify that the NFS service has started properly.
1. Log in to the file server as the root user.
2. Verify that the NFS service has started properly.
3. Verify that the mounting path is the same as that configured in the /etc/exports file.
Step 2 Restart the MSU board. It takes about 15 minutes to restart an MSU board.
Step 3 After the MSU board is restarted, check the connection status between the MSU module whose module number is 472 and file server.
DSP FSSTAT:MN=472;
If all drive letters are displayed as configured and connected, the connection is normal.
