After restarting the eAPP, the data loss

hi, dear huawei engineer,

After I restart my eAPP server, I found there are some data loss, why?

Hi bro,
If you need to restart the eAPP Management System, to prevent data loss, please don’t power off the device directly.
Firstly, you can stop the service process of the eAPP Management System, and then login the backstage of server by using ubp account. Run the restart command to restart it.
