After Reseting the Router getting unidentified network

Dear sir,

I have Huawei EG8141A5 Modem Router 2 Day before i have resetted my router after that im getting unidentified network connecttion, i cant even access to 192.168.18.1 the admin pannel....

For configuration the router i really need get the access of the admin panel
