Scenario : After information window resources are uploaded locally, no information window image is displayed on the IdeaHub page.

Symptom
After information window resources are uploaded locally, no information window image is displayed on the IdeaHub page.
Possible Causes
1. The information window cannot be displayed on the home page of a third-party app.
2. The IdeaHub is not connected to the extended screen through an HDMI cable. However, the VisionHub home page is not displayed when you choose System Settings > Input/Output > Dual-Screen Mode is set to Manual and Dual-Screen is enabled.
3. After the information window resource is successfully uploaded to the local host, the information window image disappears after a period of time because the local cache is cleared.
4. After the information window resource is successfully uploaded, the information window image disappears after a period of time. This is because the upload mode is changed to cloud resource on the web page and no program is uploaded to the cloud.
Handling Procedure
1. Close all third-party apps.
2. Disable dual-screen mode in the second scenario.
