After DEC6108 was powered off then power on again, the video failed to be pushed on video wallHandling Process

Handling Process

Checked error, found related to DEC6108 password

error

Root Cause

Business password on DEC6108 which is used for interconnection between iClient and DEC is back to default

Solution

Change the Business password on DEC6108, then re-add DEC6108 on iClient again
