Hello, everyone. I want to share an alarm case. 

Symptoms

Scenario : When behavior analysis alarms are configured, no alarm is reported on the IVS platform.

Cause

The alarm is not generated or sent to the IVS platform.

Analysis

Scenario 1: The alarm is not generated.

So we login ghe camera web page to check the alarm.

The alarm has been generated.

Scenario 2: The alarm is not sent to the IVS platform.

The alarm sending selection is not selected.

Method introduction & Solution

 Enable the alarm button from the iClient.
