After an ONU is registered on one OLT

The customer has an ONU that has been registered and put into use on the OLT in A, and then the ONU was switched to an OLT in other places, and it was found that the ONU could not be registered.

PS: These two OLTs have been on Huawei network management, and the models are all MA5800. So I want to ask if it’s possible because the registered ONU cannot be re-registered in another place.
