Hi team!
Here's a case that After an OceanStor V3 Storage System Is Upgraded, DeviceManager Cannot Be Used.
Problem Description
After an OceanStor V3 storage system is upgraded from V300R003C00 to V300R003C00SPC100,
a user attempts to suspend a HyperMetro pair in DeviceManager.
However, the operation fails.
Then, the user successfully suspends the HyperMetro pair by running a command on the CLI.
After the browser is restarted, DeviceManager still fails to respond.
Symptom
After a user uses a browser to log in to DeviceManager, the GUI layout and picture display are incorrect and operations performed in DeviceManager fail.

Possible Cause
After logging in to DeviceManager of a storage system that has been upgraded from V3R3C00 to V3R3C00SPC100, the user clicks the suspend button.
At this time, however, the browser still buffers JS files of the earlier version.
Therefore, the JS files of the current version cannot be found.
JS files of the two versions differ greatly.
Therefore, DeviceManager fails to respond to the operation.
Identification Method
1. After a storage system is upgraded, a user logs in to DeviceManager for the first time.
The buffer of the browser is not cleared.
2. The GUI of DeviceManager is displayed incorrectly.
DeviceManager fails to respond to operations.
3. A command can be successfully executed on the CLI.
Solution
Clear the browser's buffer.
For Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Chrome, press Ctrl+Shift+Del when the browser page is activated.
The page for clearing historical records is displayed. Select items that you want to delete, and delete them.
(For Internet Explorer, you must select Internet temporary files. For Chrome and Firefox, select the cache item.)
The following describes how to clear the buffer of Internet Explorer 11.
1. On the toolbar, choose Tools > Internet Options.

2. In the dialog box that is displayed, click the General tab and click Delete.

a. In the dialog box that is displayed, click Delete to delete the items that are selected by default.

Check After Recovery
After restarting the browser, users can log in to DeviceManager and perform operations successfully.
Application Scope
