Hello, friend!


If you forget the common user password of the HG8245H, you can log in to Hold down the RESET button for at least 10 seconds to restart the ONT with factory settings.


Note:


Do not reset Huawei ONTs randomly. Otherwise, the ONTs may fail to access the Internet. If an ONT cannot access the Internet after a reset, contact your ISP.


The password of the device administrator account is usually used by engineers for onsite maintenance and cannot be changed randomly. If you need to change or reset the device administrator password, you need to modify the password using the XML file of the device. The detailed operation scheme needs to be negotiated with the device provider.
