When the eMRS is deployed independently, an eMRS device must be configured. This document will help you to make additional configurations for an independent eMRS server.
Additional Configurations for Independent eMRS Server.
In standard server scenario; eMDC, eUDC and eSSC are deployed together on an eAPP server, the recording function eMRS is separately deployed on an eMRS server called master eMRS server.
When the eMRS is deployed independently, an eMRS device must be configured. This document will help you to make additional configurations for an independent eMRS server.
1. Configuring Application Mode (on eMRS Side)
Ø You have logged in to the eMRS current server as the admin user.
Ø Select OAM Business on Home Page.
Ø Choose System Configuration > Application Mode Configuration
Ø Select Extended Scene, Recording System and Master Control as shown below.

2. Configuring System Parameters (on eMRS Side)
This section describes how to configure the SIP registration information and the eAPP610 on the eMRS server.
Ø You have logged in to the eMRS current server as the admin user.
Ø Select MRS Business on the home page. The Configuration window is displayed.
Ø Go Record Configuration > Device Management > System Configuration
Ø You need to make configurations for Dispatch information Configuration and Server SIP Information Configuration.

Dispatch Information Configuration
Parameter Name | Description |
IPv4 Address | BCC IP address of the eAPP610. (eMDC IP Address) |
BCC SIP Port | When Protocol is set to TCPTLS, the default value is 5061. When Protocol is set to UDP, the default value is 5060. |
BCC SIP Protocol | UDP: The SIP signaling is not encrypted. TCP-TLS: The SIP signaling is encrypted. |
Server SIP Information Configuration.
Parameter Name | Description |
Node ID | Set as MRS_C node ID, (You can see the MRS Node ID, on MRS Business > Configuration > Record Configuration > Device Management > Node Configuration.) |
Recording server number | Specifies the User number set when the master eMRS620 is added. |
SIP user name | Set to the same value of Recording server number. |
SIP user password | Specifies the SIP password set when the eMRS620 is added. The default value is eLTE@com123 |
3. Adding the eMRS620 Server as a Device Node (on eAPP Side)
After a master eMRS620 server is configured, you need to add the master eMRS620 server as a device node on an APP610 server.
Ø You have logged in to the eAPP Management System of the eAPP610 server as user admin.
Ø Choose MDC Business on Home Page.
Ø Go Dispatcher Configuration > Device Configuration > Device Node
Ø Click Add

Parameter Name | Description |
Node ID | Node ID must be unic. |
IPv4 Address | Control Plane IP of eMRS Server. |
User Number | User number of the master eMRS620 when it registers with the eMDC. |
SIP Port | Port ID for SIP registration of a master eMRS (You can see on eMRSà MRS Bussiness Record Configuration > Device Management > System Configuration) The default value is 5062. |
SIP password | Specifies the password of eMRS620 when it performs SIP registration with the eMDC. The default value is eLTE@com123. |
NOTICE
The SIP port, User number, and SIP password must be consistent with the Recording server number, SIP user name, and SIP user password of the master eMRS620 server respectively.
NOTICE
Outer IPs and outer ports are used for public access feature. No need to make outer port and IP configurations for this scenario.
4. Recording Configuration (on eAPP Side)
Recording information is used to allocate users, groups, and cameras to eMRS servers using allocated number segments. You should make this configurations for downloading and playing the records.
Ø You have logged in to the eAPP Management System of the eMDC
Ø Select MDC Business on Home Page.
Ø Go Dispatcher Configuration > Device Configuration > Record Configuration
Parameter Name | Description |
Range ID | This parameter must be unique in an eAPP system. |
MRS node ID | Indicates the node ID specified when you add an MRS node. |
Range ID | Indicates the range ID specified when you add a record configuration range. |
5. Configuring eMRS (on eUDC Side)
Only the separately deployed eMRS for fixed network need to be configured.
Ø You have logged in to the eUDC.
Ø Choose Networking > MRS Management > MRS Equipment
Ø Click New.

IP address specifies the OM IP address of the eMRS.
Ø Choose Networking > MRS Management > MRS Number Segment
Ø Click New.

NOTICE
After adding MRS Number Segment and Equipment, you must synchronize and the status of connection between an NE and the eUDC should be “Delivery Complete”. Then eUDC sends data to eMRS successfully.
