Adding SmartLogger 1000 in Fusion

Hello,

The support give me 3 files to be uploaded on my SmartLogger 1000 to add it in Fusion.

The files are CA certificate, local certificate and key file.

My first SmartLogger was recognize in Fusion. All is OK.

I am trying with 2 other SmartLogger 1000 (same files) and Fusion didn't recognize the serial number.

I cannot add these 2 in Fusion.

Can I use the 3 files on all my SmartLogger 1000, or I need to have specific file for each devices ?

Fusion does not recognize the serial number and has nothing to do with using the same certificate for Smartlogger1000.
