1. Background
The customer calls to ask for Sdongle commissioning, registering an account on the fusionsolar cloud, and adding devices. The Sdongle indicator is steady green. Generally, the Dongle indicator is in this state, and devices can be added to a new PV plant on the hosting cloud platform. However, when the customer adds devices, the app prompts you to connect the device to the server first.
2. Troubleshooting
Instruct the customer to enable the fusionsolar local commissioning function again and check the inverter management system parameters again. The management system status is connected.

3. Solution
The preceding onsite conditions indicate that the managed cloud can be connected theoretically. Why does the system prompt that the device is not connected to the server? The onsite verification shows that the device SN is usually in uppercase letters. However, when the customer manually enters the SN, the letters are in lowercase letters. After the SN is entered, the device is added successfully. Therefore, the SN must be entered in strict accordance with the device SN format, some devices (with QR codes) can be added by scanning.
