Adding A solar plant

HiCoins as reward: 0 (problem unresolved)
I am doing oem on a 50ktl.
My issue is that the parameters of the inverter were not correct.
So I simply deleted the plant for correct data submission.
But now as I enter the serial number of the inverter the message appears no device found.
Any solution

Hello, friend.

@user_4053229 What are your inverter models and networking modes? The possible cause is that the device is not connected to the FusionSolar management system. You are advised to perform the following operations:

For details, see the log in and Start Setup Wizard in the FusionSolar App Quick Guide.

Login as installer on FusionSolar

Login on FusionSolar and from the main page choose “Add Plant”:

Fill the basic info

The structure will be created by default when you create the account and will be your name filled
in the details about your account.

After you fill all the details select “Next”. All the details mark with red star are mandatory.

Connect the Equipment

Insert the inverter SN and name and select next. If  you have more than one inverter select add
device  and  insert  the  SN  and  name.  If  you  can’t  go  further  selecting  “Next”  it’s  mean  that  the
inverter is offline and you need to check the inverter connection with the router and management
system.

Set the string capacity

Set the tariff settings

Set the On-grid Tariff and Purchasing Electricity Price and select “Next”

Other info settings

Insert a picture, fill the address and set the time zone

Add a video system if you have installed

If you have installed at home a video camera you can add setting the name, IP/port and insert the
user name and password. If you want to add more select the + button and save.

Solution:

1 : Open your FusionSolar App and go to "My Account" (Right bottom isde of teh App).

Open the icon with the "House + Sun + Huawei".
2 : This will bring you the FusionHome App with 1- Wifi icon, 2 - Device, 3 - Toolkit. Now select: 2 - Device.
3 : You should now see your Sun2000 system if it is correctly connected to your WiFi. Select it and log in !

If you do not see your Sun2000 system then use option 1 - Wifi first to connect it.

Important : When you log in; please select "installer" and not "user" because installer gives more options.

4 : You could be prompted once logged in for a software upgrade because your system has old software.
If this is the question then say "yes" and let the device download the latest software, which was in my case SPC333.

This is the latest software version. If you are not prompted. Use this App to download the latest package using option 3 - Toolkit.

Once downloaded the software will install itself on the inverter (Sun2000 system) at daytime if it is night it will postpone the installation until daytime when enough power is available.

So be patient if you have to wait for one night extra i_f01.gif

5 : This solved the problem for me since this new software works well with the FusionSolar changes that were implemented recently.

Extra only if needed:

If you do not yet have a connection between your inverter and the FusionSolar portal then follow below steps too:
In the same App and logged in again as "Installer" go to the "Management System Configuration" option and check the settings as below. This should allow you to reconnect to the FusionSolar portal again.
