Hello, users
Today, I will share about how to add the PBX to eSight, The eSight supports access to unified communication devices through multiple protocols and adding methods. eSight can manage PBX service resources, monitor voice quality, and upgrade IAD in batches.
Before connecting unified communications devices to the eSight, you need to know the methods of adding devices to the eSight.
There are four methods to add the device to eSight:
1. Automatic Discovery for Devices
2. Adding Unified Communications Devices in Batches
3. Adding a Single Unified Communications Device
4. Adding Subnets
Please kindly click here to learn how to access the device.

Below, I will use IAD as an example to explain how to connect IAD devices to eSight. For other devices, please click here to view more.
1. Firstly, it is needed to configure protocol parameters for IAD. By default, the IADs (IAD101, IAD102, IAD104, IAD132, IAD196, IAD208, and IAD1224) support Telnet. IAD104, IAD132, IAD196 and IAD1224 support SSH.
a. Use the remote tool to log in to the IAD using SSH or Telnet.
b. Enter the global configuration mode for the IAD.

c. Set the eSight IP address on the IAD.
eSight is single-node cluster system or local two-node cluster system.
