Add port descriptions

Hey!

After the description of a physical port on the board has been added, the description facilitates information query in the system maintenance.

Procedure

1. In the global config mode, run the port desc command to add the port description.

Port description is a character string used to identify a port on a board in a slot of a subrack.

2. Run the display port desc command to query the port description.
