add new camera in VCN500 ...

add new camera in VCN500 but while live view we are getting error code

We are able to add new camera in VCN500 but while live view we are getting error code as per attached image.

solution :

Delete the cameras from IVS client
Then edit the encoding to to be H264 of each camera using cameras web page
add the cameras again on IVS client
Then refresh the live view and add the cameras to them

H.264 support both the old version and new version of the IVS
but H.265 support only the new version
