ADD IGMP USER FOR OLT MA-5800 X15

Hi guys,

I've been trying to solve a problem, I want to add IGMP user without using system like u2000.

I need help to solve this, it's returning a message when I try to add IGMP user, see below:

Command:
igmp user add service-port 6878 no-auth
Failure: No license is left for adding BTV user. Please apply license

MA5800-X15(config-btv)#


I deleted all users, I want to add only one user over this olt but it's not working. There is no license to add this without system, I'm trying now only by SSH access.
