For adding the eSpace 8950 to SMC, see below:


On SMC
Devices > Participants > More > Add Unmanageable Participant > Enter related information based on customer requirement > Save

On eSpace 8950
Advanced > Server > enter the parameter as below > Save

  • Network Environment: VC

  • Login Mode: Account

  • SIP Server: SC IP address



Advanced > Account > Add Account > Key in the information which same as the participant created in SMC
