a mandatory tool while studying, that will not only help you understand the structure of packets, but also make you familiar with wireshark which is very crucial in troubleshooting. |

Used Iknow to get quick answers. Although it can use improvement, but still is the best resources for quick query responses.

Used Huawei product comparison tool to compare 2 touters that apparently look same but have huge difference in their performance. . A very good tool that can be used in presentations and product comparisons.

I used smart module scenario tool to generate a layout for cold aisle containment data center. I often use this tool during customer meetings to impress them with quick response to their queries.plus it also gives option to re-arrange the dataracks as per customer requirements.

Used videos to search and learn how to properly replace power supplies on oceanstor storage devices. Highly recommend the videos for all Huawei product users.
