DOA Status is not accessible, which I think accessible on Huawei domain and is for Huawei employees only.
License Applis good portal discovered.This license self-service system can enables you to conveniently & quickly obtain and manage product licenses. You can activate and download licenses in My Task. After seeing this most of the things in mind got cleared.

Submit SR- A Service Request Portal. I am getting "Sorry, you don’t have Online SR access, please enhance your privilege by following steps." since I have no access on my account.
Under Help (on top right of the page), the contact details for PAKISTAN showing up email address "EgyptTAC_Enterprise@huawei.com". I am not sure whether this is a mistake or enterprise support for Pakistan reggion operates from Egypt?
When clicked on Help, duplicate 'Logout' was appeared that need to be fixed.I would suggest that the database of this service system should use the questions & answers on http://support.huawei.com/community/asksolved by the particular category's Huawei specialist. (Wireless, Fixed, Access, OSS etc.).
Overall, an excellent platform. There is alway a room for improvement. I hope more improvement will be seen soon.

This would be the first initiative of artificial intelligence technology in the form of chatbots. Product Database will be buildup more and more as the time passes and BOT treasure will resolve most of customer queries. I will definitely take part in this competition and provide suggestion for the betterment of this plateform
