Hello, these are some suggestions from me for the activities. Let's discuss if you are agree with me ( you may disagree on some points). Add your suggestions as well.

Pros:
1) Attractive First prize (2nd and 3rd prize are way lower as compared to first)

Cons:
1) The prize rule like minimum of 100, 200, 300, or 400 participants should not be set.

2) The feedback is much important to get for further improvement on document/tools/APP. So the scoring should be like if an user leave one feedback, it should be equal to 10 (for example) but if this feedback is accepted (for implementation by Huawei) it should be equal to 20, 50 or 100. The recommendation to other users should be 1 not more. Because out of 200 recommended people hardly 2-3 will fully participate and rest of them will disappear after leaving recommendation. NEW REFERRALS who register for the first time can be given higher points.

3) Must check if multiple users used the same Device to logged in, along with the cookies.

4) Activity results time should not exceeded 10 day.

5) Prize redemption time should not exceeded one week after the result has announced.

6) Activity owner should keep update the rankings on weekly basis in order to keep users motivated and involved in the competition to win the top place.

      The prizes are very attractive :)

      I think that the number of the participants is not very big in last activities because of large number of that. I don't know should be or it shouldn't.
      2) The feedback is much important to get for further improvement on document/tools/APP.       I agree that feedback is better than share. But if we take a look some upper we will see why sharing is good. Not every activities prefer sharing. Only some of them. And this is good to promotion of the all activities.

      Support App is better for that as I think.
      4) Activity results time should not exceeded 10 day.
      Not always it is possible to count the scores of the complex activities. I want they be calculated faster but I can wait when it is needed.
      5) Prize redemption time should not exceeded one week after the result has announced.
      If you mean logistic than it is not my problem :) Huawei have several ways to give the prizes to the winners. They choose what to choose. I waiting patient.
      6) Activity owner should keep update the rankings on weekly basis in order to keep users motivated and involved in the competition to win the top place.
      The knowing of the activity scores is good. The knowing of the number of the participants if it is care should be reported too. If it is possible. Thank you!

      I'll agree 100% on this.

      1. There should be proper grading every week so all know where we stand and how much more work we should put in to get to the top position.
      2. Minimum participations should be removed, as 300,400 users might not be working on the same technology. So, increasing number of users will also increase ill-logical response as well.

      Sure, anytime.  
      I think you should distinguish between two kinds of events:
      1- that related to technical feedback: I agree with your suggestion and I suggest to eliminate the points of inviting other colleagues to participate in it.
      2-that related to Huawei events like that Huawei support 6th anniversary: the prizes should be randomly and discard the number of scores. only should include the joined colleagues.

      look Mr. faysalji,
      there are few points that should be applied here in this forum to enhance the Activities and the relationship between the customers and the admins.
      1- it should be time frame for the result to publish.
      2- the admin should be around to answer the questions of the customer and the messages
      3- the prizes should be delivered to owners in Scheduled time frame.

      i find a lot of information in this forum and sometimes i share some of these articles with friends
      i shared some useful tools with microwave team and power solution team.
      i think Huawei is going to make it's products famous as it trying to make Their tools also.
      As a costumer in Mobile operator ( i use a lot of enterprise product { routers, firewall, access points,switches ....etc} and carrier product {MSC,MGW,HSS,STP,SMSC} and its all from Huawei) when i make Decision to purchase a new product i know the capability of Huawei products and its feature and that's how they get benefit from Making Their product famous.
